Today i'm a waiter, buy i am not proud of that. I had spent 10 hours, then i was paid 60 000 VND. Anyway earning money was not my main purpose. I just want to know how to be a waiter and the way a restaurant manage their employees. At there, I met a manager, He manages very bad, nobody wants to do as he ask, even him brother hates him. He thinks he is a good manager, but i think he doesn't known about leadership skill. If I was the CEO I would have given him the sack. When he ask someone do s.t he say " Do this" ," don't do that", instead of " please, do this". If he hadn't any close relationship with CEO of that restaurant, He wouldn't never have become a maneger. Forget him! Tell about waiters. Why do they work many hours at there, just because of 60 000 and 2 meals. That's too cheap! instead of working at there, they should do another things that bring them more. If they don't know what else to do, they can study something for their future.
