have You ever wondered when you wake up in the morning..what reasons you have to get up?...when You get dressed,and pour yourself some coffee , have you ever looked out the window, wondering why You are still where you are?..when you go outside through that sad apartment , or that "too big for my budget" house door, only to enter the next at your office , and then the next - just like some endless circle..have you ever wondered about HOW it would be to be totally free from any metal door, noisy office place,polished shoes, and lunsj break lines...? Do you feel that you live inside some box?
IF you feel so, you DO!!... I have seen and spoken with many people who feel that way..and when I ask them WHY they dont follow their longings and do something NEW:.I always get some answer based on FEAR!.. Fear is like a strong invisible power..but WHY do we allow it to descide for us WHAT to do ??
have been in many different churches these past 10 years..and seen much stressfull things. It is mostly about do this, or that..and stay strong !" in the Lord" - as thet say...but I could remove "in the Lord" and we are closer to the truth that is preached;.."stand strong!" Have you ever been in a river that is flowing strong..and then tried to "stand strong".?? IF you have you know that is it almost impossible to keep your balance or stand upright at all. To stay strong and upright when the power of the river come against you..it takes ALL of your own strenght for sure..and in some few minuttes you will have lost your strenght, and forced to leave the river..or surrender to it.. God often uses pictures like the river to tell us some truths..
I have been inside a prison once. I was visiting a prison in the Phillipines, and it sure did not look like a hotel..it was so dirty, no privacy, so noisy, no fresh air, not much food...a place I was so happy to leave..but I felt so sad for those that I left behind.. I remmember the freedom feeling I got when I left the prison, and was welcomed by the warm sun outside, and felt the breese from the vind wrapping around me, and I could smell the beautiful flowers..it was wonderful...
I felt the same way when I left my prison of fear...a prison that I had lived inside for years..but God took my hand and guided me outside..step by step..until I could enter a world of joy! Do YOU live in a prison in your life?....
