College

There are two weeks left for my first year of college, I thought college life would go a lot slower as it did in the first-half of the year. Now almost everything is done and going by quickly. Things certainly can change within a year. I remember the first few weeks I did not know any of my hallmates and when they said hi I would say hi without saying their names. Now when they say hi I still do not say their names, but at least I know who they are. It was just a great year for me because I have been doing things that were really fun, like going out to the movies and just enjoying every bit of it even if it was a terrible movie. All this fun and I still managed to get into academic trouble, but no worries because I am already working to get out of it, with help of friends. I have started utilizing tools I did not know I had. College gives us so much opportunity but it is up to us to actually use them. All I can say, it was a really swell year for me at UCR.
