Most likely due to the new changes in Opera here,
I have been unable to upload photos or to access
my Files folder for such for the past four days.

Since pretty much all of my posts use images in
some way or another, this means that I am unable
to put up any new blog posts.

So I just wanted everyone to know that until
the Powers That Be at Opera fix whatever the
hell it is that is broken, that this blog will
have no new posts.

And in case you are wondering how I got the
photo for this post, I went back to an old
blog post and copied the line of code for
the image. Yeah, that's what I've been reduced
to -- cannibalizing old posts. Pretty damn sad.

But you can still leave Comments if you want.
And if there's anything you'd like to talk
about, go ahead and leave it here on this post.
Up to and including the subject of cannibalism.
Why the hell not, I got nothing else to do.
Okay I do have other good things to do, but
I'm too lazy to do them.

Eddie,
since you are a much longer member on Opera there are some amazing posts of yours that many did not read,
what about making a short introduction and adding a link to one or two of them!
I believe it will make many happy!
the old posts are ready and the pictures all there!
just do not invite too many new members in the "Magic Castle in the Sky "

And I'll be around. I've got to check in every once in a while to see if things are working yet. So I'll be going to other people's blogs and, you know, driving them crazy instead.

Ed, I am having the same problem. I can't upload new files either.
Being a member since 2004 I guess I have seen a few 'glitches' over time and I will just have to keep on trying and hold patience in check.

Sorry to hear that, Loku. From the sound of it the problem is more widespread than I originally thought.

Maybe after having the weekend off and relaxing and consuming some booze the Powers That Be here at Opera will get off to a good start tomorrow morning and finally fix the problem.
