Pastor Ed Young believes in empowering other churches toward the common goal of leading their churches to win souls for Christ. That idea brought about C3 (Creative. Church. Culture.) Conference, a place where church leaders from around the world come together and learn how to lead with passion, and inspire creativity in their churches to reach out and make a difference. With over 20,000 in attendance, the conference takes place in Grapevine, TX yearly. In both worship and teaching, Ed pushes other leaders to be inspired to use creativity as a reaching outlet.
