Harmonious is important in our daily life, wherever you are,whatever you do,however you are going.
Library should be quiet and comfortable place,lots of people read here.Some of them find writing material; some of them reading novels,and so on.The environment is on spotlight.
I usually go to The Capital Library.The 6th floor of the reading room,which concern Computer Books,Natural Science and English editon Books, always be rumbustious.Person who didn't set his/her mobile phone in non-sound state answered calling loudly; peoples in group chated boisterously. The worst was, the stuff,who served in library,talked and laught loudly.All of these made non-harmonous there.
I think there must be some misunderstanding.It's terrible situation,some people take library as chatting room,answering calling room,and so on, but not the good place that we assimilate knowledge.If we don't alter this terrible phenomena,i really don't know how the society civilise?
