The Ya'Adua Crisis

Madam Turai Ya'Adua has managed to fritter away the enormous goodwill Nigerians had invested in her at the beginning of her husband's administration, because of her greed for power and material acquirement. In the beginning, she didn't at all look like the sort of person she's now turned out to be; an enormously attractive looks now blighted by the anger that most Nigerians now feel towards her.

A lot of Nigerians are desperately yearning to see progress in the polity but are increasingly getting frustrated by yet another Nigerian whose moves so far seem entirely motivated by selfish desires.

Nigerians are generally very understanding people, given to much compassion and care. But now they can't understand why an apparently privileged individual as the wife of the president would yet deny them the improvement they are dreaming of. Almost nothing works in Nigeria. Besides that, a lot of the youths are jobless, which has nothing to do with the global economic meltdown. Nigerians for the longest time have been suffering; they would like to see some improvements, especially that we should have all the money to make it possible, considering the huge income from crude oil sales.

But the cabal wouldn't let go. These are people that have seized the reins of power ever since have a stranglehold on the life of the nation. The Nigerian people are determined now to wrench free our patrimony from these dangerous people, the more so that we now live in a global village with Nigerians constantly inundated with 24/7 news of massive progress going on in other countries, and never witnessed here in the country.
