Estoy aburrido, son las 3:54 a.m. y no tengo qué hacer, así que recordé que un amigo me retó a hacer algo: llamar 'con' a una carpeta (en XP)

USB, portable, apps

Some months ago, I bought a USB memory stick, and I used it to store my files, and used it normally, but recently, I notified that it was a U3 memory stick:doh: , and I went to the U3 software download page; it was good, I downloaded Opera@USB; there are some other apps like Avast Antivirus, WinRar, XnView... Those were some very useful, but I needed more, because some of those are just trials and some others are only available by buying them:irked: so, I found the answer: some sites have pages dedicated to these USB applications such as portable apps and portable freeware.com here are the links:

VLC Portable -A multimedia viewer that supports a large list of formats and codecs-
ClamWin -A portable and useful antivirus-
GIMP -A very good image editor, tnat allows plugins.
NVU Portable -A Web editor- and some others as Firefox (It is good, but Opera is the best!!), Thunderbird, Audacity portable... And they have a launcher to make easy the use of these apps!!

www.portablefreeware.com There is a large list of portable and useful apps and overall... THEY'RE TOTALLY FREE!! so, why don't you give them a try and I'm sure you won't regret.
