I found them very funny too!
************
I love Chinese sesame broiled Tuna the most!
4 tuna (or swordfish or halibut) steaks cut 1/2 inch thick
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. soy sauce
Lemon or lime wedges (optional)
To broil: Preheat broiler. Place steaks on greased unheated rack of broiler pan. Combine oil, butter and soy sauce. Brush some of mixture over fish. Broil 4 inches from heat for 4-6 minutes (no need to turn) until fish just flakes with a fork, brushing occasionally with remaining mixture.
if not fond of sesame oil taste/smell replace with olive oil

Is this river any good for fish?
Angler:
It must be. I cannot get any of them to leave it.
Edward Piercy # 22. May 2009, 23:08
Don't worry. You get used to the fishy smell.

for your next dinner :
This seductive and sexy salmon dish is glazed with brown sugar and a hint of Dijon mustard.A friend makes this dish and says the men instantly fall in love with her.I hope it works the same with women
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 teaspoons honey
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
4 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger
4 salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each
Vegetable oil
Salt and ground black pepper
1. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the brown sugar, honey, and butter. Remove from heat and whisk in the mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, and ginger. Set aside.
2. Preheat a grill pan over medium heat. Brush the salmon with vegetable oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Place the salmon skin-side down in the grill pan. Brush the flesh of the salmon fillets with the brown sugar mixture. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes for medium doneness, turning once after 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from pan and serve immediately, flesh side up.
Makes 2 to 4 servings
