Gone for Just a month!

I will not be posting during the month of September... there are a few reasons for it:


a.I do have amazing books in my personal collection that I want to read,
:smile:


b. The US Open started today,
I love tennis as long as I can remember,
and I want to have more free time
to watch the games :smile:


c. My kids start school this month,
every parent knows how much extra work is involved when school starts ........

Have an amazing September you all! I will miss you!! See you in October!!!

Reading... Tennis... and what am I suppose to do?

I guess I will be doing research in dog drinking techniques then... Maybe even do some reading as well.... The thought alone, it really proofs I'm desperate!!

Have a good month Angeliki. I sure do remember how busy the month of September was when my kids were young. It seemed like a very long month, then suddenly it was October before I knew it and it was much quieter. Or, at least, less hectic.

Day 1:

Although today was a busy and hectic day on myOpera because of the release of Opera 10, for me it was very peaceful and quite. Yes, of course my dear friend wasn't around :frown:, but it left me with some times for my own which actually did me good.
I even looked to a book on the bookshelf, I haven't touched it yet of course :D

So far so good! I'll keep you posted :D

Day 2:

I was kind of tired when I came home from work, so I liked a relaxing night. Visited myOpera as I nearly always do. There was not much going on. Yes, of course my dear friend wasn't around :frown:

Today seemed like another boring day. Not many interesting discussions online... Yes, of course my dear friend wasn't around :frown:
I decided to spent the night with some real life friends, it was fun, but when returning home there was this emptiness again...

Day 4:

Again I needed to meet some real life friends again to compensate for the online loneliness I'm experiencing lately. It's of course because my dear friend isn't around.
I find comfort in the fact that she is still alive and having her joy from those nice books she is reading.
I just hope those real-life contacts can help me get through this rough period..

hi everybody! Thank you all very much for all the "Good Wishes' and love you are giving me! :cry: <---- tears of happiness and love and friendship! :heart:

I am well, I miss you all something great ! I just have to tell myself that there are things in my daily life that I have to enjoy and discipline myself more :smile:

and update,
I read, sleep more, work, mother my kids, watch tennis and see friends in the real world:) I also have a chance to invite some friends over for a cocktail..
Tonight after work (6pm I am done :yes: ) I will be having a small party...
To make things more colorful I did order a few ice trays

earlier today,
I did prepare some ice cubes and I took pictures :D
so come over for some fun time!

not all trays I ordered came,

Day 5:
First day of the weekend. I thought I didn't had to go online, of course because I knew my dear friend wouldn't be around :frown:
I actually did watch tv for a change, of course I was not ready yet to grab a book...


Day 6:
What a nice surprise!! First of all Katya helped me though this rough period by treating my on a nice visual! Thanks!
Today I was reading an article in National Geographic Magazine about 400 years New York. Four centuries ago when the Dutch ship "de Halve Maen" arrived in the swamp on what they started New Amsterdam later renamed by the British to New York. And now my NY friend just turns her back on me! ( p: :wink: ) Tears in my eyes while I was reading this article I could hardly finish it!
And then out of nothing she appeared again!! :happy: How great! It made my day! I was a bit disappointing to hear about her activities, I thought she was busy doing important self-actualization by reading difficult and heavy books. But in fact she is having cocktail parties with very vulgar and wrong ice cubes! :mad:
Well anyway as long she is having fun I am happy! :happy:

I did skip my yoga class today,
