耳熟能详的一段话, 在美剧/港剧中屡见不鲜, 今天才知道这段话竟然是法院颁布的一段规则.看来我的知识太贫乏啦.
1966年，美国联邦最高法院确定的米兰达规则(米兰达警告)，其英文内容如下：
Miranda Warnings
1.You have the right to remain silent and refuse to answer questions.Anything you do say may be used against you in a court of law.
3.You have the right to consult an attorney before speaking to the police and to have an attorney present during questioning now or in the future.
3.If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish.
4.If you decide to answer questions now without an attorney present you will still have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to an attorney.
Knowing and understanding your rights as I have explained them to you, are you willing to answer my questions without an attorney present?

1."你有权保持沉默，你对任何一个警察所说的一切都将可能被作为法庭对你不利的证据。
