So I bought this MyBook HardDrive, right....
And it didn't work like it was supposed to. So I filled out the form at www.support.wdc.com and asked what should I do???
And they sent me this confirmation email thing-saying it would take a day or two before they'd be able to reply to my Question.
Then like, no new mails.... nothing.... It's been like about a week I think. So I got impatient, and went to the website and logged in and clicked "My Questions" and there was the list, 1 item long, and for status, it said "Solved". But there was no link there! When I clicked the question, that was all I got, no answer. No answer ANYWHWERE!!!
So apparently these people have worked out what I should do to make this right, but they've decided to keep it to themselves, and I'm like WHAAAAT?????
Where is my ANSWER? I need INFORMATION!!! Me angry! Arggh!
