My innermost secrets and my uttermost fears

Fleamarket!

, ,

It's that time of year again, and I just couldn't resist helping a tiny bit bigsmile

Friday I helped from 3 to 10. And Mag, tell your Dad he's an angel. Oh and you are one too since you did come to most of the places bigsmile Thank you smile

Saturday i woke up an hour late and then missed my next train, so i didn't get there until 9. And I had a broken suitcase full of books. Luckily I had some belts to tie it up with, I ended up taking the books out of the suitcase and tying them in two stacks with the belts. HEavy. I don't think I'll ever see the belts again. No matter, didn't ever wear them anyway, except one of them
.
At 11 I went to Russens Humak (in Kammersalen) got my bøsse, my t-shirt, by button, and my sticker! My line: "Hei! Vil du støtte Russens Humanitære aksjon i samarbeid met SOS barnebyer?" If they looked at me, I'd give my biggest smile and say "Vi bygger en skole i Zambia!" On the road, I met two girls, and I think maybe they were going to Russens Humak themselves, because they said "Åh, Zambiaprosjektet, ja!" And so they gave money, and that made me all happy and smiley, when the first people I ask give bigsmile I Went and stood outside entrance 1 of Lillestrøm Torg, the one halfway between Burger King and Martin's. Met Birte, who I hadn't seen in like a year so that was cool. She is maybe going to Lillestrøm next year! She helped me change my line to something people would listen to: "Hei, vil du støtte SOS barnebyer gjennom Russens Humanitære aksjon?" And the school line if they looked at me bigsmile

Stood there until 1, met Lisa, +George, + George's brother... was it Christian? I don't often remember names. Or birthdays. Because I got a birthday present for my Dad and for My sister, whose birthdays are in September and June. And my Brother's birthday is in two weeks and I didn't get him anything. SMART... Anyway, then I helped a bit more with fleamarket, and met Magnar too. And this time at the loppemarked I bought like 5 times as much stuff as I sold. But yeah... Then I went to Keiser at 3, bought some stuff, and took Lillehammer train home bigsmile

AND I FEEL SO GOOD! Finally I am like doing something again! I SO miss the Kaliningrad project! I feel so... useful! doing something to help! spending my time on something so very much more meaningful than a diploma that will probably not do anyone but myself any good! Standing in the cold nagging people to give me money so we can build a school in Livingstone, Zambia! Yay! I have all this new energy again, and I'm up and ready to read and study because I've finally done something, for the first time in almost a year! And the muffins don't really count, because I love baking so much I'de have done it anyway.

So yesss! I am ready for whatever challenge*!

Nika called me just now, they've made 35 000 today! Cooooool! They will SOO beat us! Yay! And I haven't even payed them 250 kr for all the stuff I bought yet bigsmile And Katrine gave me chocolate yesterday, for helping her with math! Yay!

MY VERY FIRST KNUTE!!!!!

My new t-shirt!

Look what it says on the back!!!

*As long as it won't affect my sleep level, safety, health (physical or psychological), wealth (okay wrong word, I guess I mean the severity of my brokeness), grades, or reputation.

Christ, they actually made 35000 in one day? Blimey!

*Makes a call* *Yes, take out. No-no-no, 2IB.*

Well, it's fantastic that they're doing well. Pity they won't be beating us though.

Actually they have 50 000, not counting whatever they made today. And they still have one and a half months. And maybe all of them will work really hard now.. they are selling 2 cakes every day, that is 10 every week, 1000-2000 kr every week... kay.. yeah... not beating us... hrmph...

(the "they won't be beating us" comment was very related to the line above it.) p
