My Opera is closing 1st of March

My innermost secrets and my uttermost fears

Should I register for the SATs on May 3rd?

  • The deadline is 1st of April
  • There is about a 25% chance I will be going to the US for university
  • There are 4 SATs a year, I think. So this one and two more of them will be held before I apply. Maybe only this one and one more.
  • People usually attend classes for months preparing for the SATs, and take 2 or 3 of them before they are happy with their results.
  • I should not use a lot of time studying for a test I'm quite sure I'll take again when I'd rather take all of my IB exams only once.
  • Though I could combine SAT practice with English and Math paper 1 practice, which are the two first tests after the SATs, 2 and 4 days later, respectively.
  • But maybe it'll add a bit too much to my stress level...

What do you think?

I would have to agree with Sofie,
You can take your SAT´s AFTER the exams and then just send the results if you make a deal with the Uni if you really wanna bigsmile

Plus your almost certain that your not going to Uni in America next year.
Dateline is sorta closed for many Ivy Leagues anyways.

After exams...I've taken the SATs and they can be very stressful, not to mention you have more than enough to worry about during May
