My innermost secrets and my uttermost fears

USA.. where else

Okay, so I'm here back in the land of opportunities again, with more exciting adventures for you all to delve into with greater than life interest!

Interesting trip... Met Lisa @ plane station, for 17 minutes basically, but had great time, thank you for meeting me, Lisa. I was all through security at 10.40, 40 minutes before my plane was to leave. Now, normally planes board 20 minutes before take off. But not mine, apparently, cause when I got through passport control right outside security, I looked at the screen and it said "Gate Closing". Now that's panic. Though, it only takes 5 minutes to run all the way from security to the end of the terminal smile smile smile

So, I got on the plane, saw lots of TV shows and Notting Hill. Got down, turned on phone, saw that I had message fro Magnar that said "Have a nice flight", and answered that. Then wrote message to Lisa too. Put phone in my pocket, and reached up to get my backpack from overhead luggage bin. Got that down, and reached for phone in pocket, and it wasn't there. So I looked in all the other pockets, under my seat, on my seat, and all over, plus in my backpack, and no phone. So, I think, aww well. Guess I actually have a good reason now, to get an iPhone when I get back.

Get off plane, in line for immigration and all that stuff, and one of the workers sais (not to me but to crowd in general) : No cellphones! No iPhones! No blackberries, blueberries, or strawberries, no berries at all, turn them off! smile smile smile That was fun. Then I had spot of bother finding the place where I get my bags, cause all the signs said go upwards, but the only escalators went downwards, so in the end I went downwards and that was right place.

Met my Aunt Amy, got home, called the lost and found (someone in Houston answered. I mean Hello. What happened to local stuff. Like the kind they have in Gardermoen. Even though that costs money. But still its better than talking to machines and people half across the country! So, they didn't have it, they will call back if they do have it. But most probably it was stolen. From my friggin pocket. Scaaaary. So, tried to go on net to find number to "sperre". But, no net. Murphy's law, anyone? Then triied to remember Lisa's number, so she could help. But my ohone is stolen, so I can only get Lisa's number from my computer, which is out of battery. But my adapter had suddenly aquired child-protection ("barnesikring") and plugging in my computer didn't work. So, I went and bought a new adapter. And then I went home and plugged in, and called Lisa, and she found out they have a 24/7 service for stolen phone cases! Joy! Call them. Phone makes weird noise. Don't think American phones like Norwegian numbers that aren't my home or Lisa. So, call Lisa back, and she calls people. And, they are apparently open from 8 to 9. When they say on their webpage their service is 24/7. NICE GOING.

I really wish I didn't turn on my phone again! Grrrr. Or than it was low on battery or something. But no, no. This is gonna be really expensive. Tried calling it too, got straight to the answering machine. Why did I have to have the menus and all in English. Oh well, there is like a 50% chance whoever took it is Norwegian so maybe that would not have helped anyway.

Met Grandma and Grandpa too!

Anyways. Danny is home from work in a couple of minutes smile smile smile Yay!

EDIT: Joy! I think it'll work out. Take a loot at this!
