These paintings are made with date stamp!
Leaf-it stickies - a brilliant idea for decoration

OMG! These are
paintings, not photographs O_O

An amazing
clip full of books and books. It's a hard job but they've nailed it!

Get bored?
Generate something to do with this hilarious site.

Have you ever witnessed a mangaka, or a painter in general, working? I've recently read the manga Emma, which was incredibly splendid, and I was so impressed with the mangaka that I surfed for more of her artwork and came up with
this! This was from 2010 but it's still interesting. These artists have spent 8 hours working together on this huge illustration for a manga magazine. Look how they took care of the details! Amazing! So the next time you read a manga, or see a painting, or an illustration, please look closer before giving any comment. I feel like drawing again

Helloooooo! Are you still keeping track on my little blog?

I've just come back from the Tết holiday here in Vietnam. It was exciting and interesting as well as exhausting

. I've eaten a lot more than usual (oops!) so I'm gonna cut down on that part of pleasure

.
As promised, I've got many things to share with you guys. First is this new poster for our English Club in highschool. Though I was very pleased with the colors on the screen, things didn't turn out well in the photocopy shop. I don't control the printers so....

.
Couldn't get a better photo cause it's been stuck behind those glassAnyway, I'm so glad that it's been put up on the bulletin board before the camp (another interesting thing I'll share with you in the next post!) so that many people can see it in the camp day and come to know about the competition. It's a talent show (of course!) but it's just about the singing and dancing

. The name was so cool that we couldn't resist

.
I would like to thank the font designers for having created these fabulous and FREE fonts. It's so amazing to be able to use these lovely and well-designed fonts. You guys rock! Thanks again.

Just a quick note to tell that I'm not going to post anything until after Tet Holiday here in Vietnam

We're working hard on our traditional family business every Tet Holiday (or Lunar New Year Holiday), which is to make Vietnamese traditional sticky rice cakes.
There are many interesting things I want to show you guys after the holiday. So, wait for me for a little while

Some bits of things around the net for you to get rid of boredom at weekends (if there's any!)
That moment when everything splashes. Awesome
photos!

Not just in art and design world,
this article on handling criticism is also useful in dealing with other things in life.

They've got
a bunch of useful tips here that I didn't know. Printing directly on fabric is one amazing tip!

This is one incredibly funny
wrapping paper ever

. Interactive wrapping paper with over 50 QR codes leading to that number of videos. It's fun! Though the gift may not suit your taste, that guy just wins you with his smart wrapping idea.

A trailer of a new French movie -
Goodbye, First Love. Looks like it'll join my collection <3. But the one impressed me is the post title -
Who was your first love? Look at the comments. There are some 'heartbreakingly romantic' stories there <3. I'm looking forward to seeing it.

A brilliant idea for
wallpaper. And it's environmentally friendly, too!

Speaking of environment, here's an
art project made from plastic debris. The two artists have been collecting pieces of plastic on beaches and turned them into sculptures, prints, jewelry and installations. Their work is really raising a concern with the problem of plastic pollution in sea.

An amazingly wonderful
stop motion animation
Another cool art project -
the Remake project challenge students to remake a famous work of art using photography. There are many amazing photos there. I love how the students remake The Last Supper. Via
