Im a sucker for this quote. If you will be overweight, or underweight or just don't like something then you definately have to do this to change. In this step write down the measures steps, the "how to's" to get you to your goals.
It offers you the passion to begin exploring what it is you really need to do in life, and give you the courage to follow ones dreams. If you hate where you currently are and tend to be living life everyday unhappy and frustrated; it probably is because you can't possess any motivation for that which you are currently doing. It is your choice to find out what you would really like to be doing with all your life. What kind of lifestyle do you need? What kind of career do you need? Do you actually know what it is that would cause you to happy and excited about getting up out of bed in the morning?
This can be a strong quality for anyone to possess; and you can only possess it after you set a burning desire to be do have something with life. No one can give it to you. It can change a persons life in several ways. It can change how you think, and when you get involved with personal development and become a much more positive individual motivation will get you away from your negative environment.
It is the fuel that inspires us to achieve our goals and achieve what we truly desire. It also allows us to keep getting up and moving forward when we get bumped down. Getting motivated and lodging motivated gives us the force we require to reach our goals in the shortest amount of time possible. It is important to meet our goals together with do anything purposeful with life. Without it you will not want to get out of bed, clean the property, walk the dogs or do anything at all. Being successful in lifestyle and motivation go hand in hand. When you learn how to achieve motivation for some thing you truly desire; nothing can stop you from having it. So think about it; what truly motivates you then take action towards it watching it become your truth of the matter.

Your psychologist Abraham Maslow developed a theory that recommends we, people, are motivated to fulfill five basic needs. These needs are arranged in a hierarchy. Maslow shows that we seek first to satisfy the lowest level involving needs. Once it's done, we seek to satisfy each higher level of need until we now have satisfied all five must have. Even though modern research shows some shortcomings with this particular theory, Maslow's Bureaucracy of Needs Theory remains an important and simple motivation tool for managers to understand and apply. 1. Bodily Needs (basic issues of survival like salary and stable employment)
