The food takes just a few minutes of cooking and you can use almost any rests you find in your fridge
Take 1 cup of rice and 2,5 cups of water. Boil hot for 10 minutes in salt water and keep stirring. After 10 minutes reduce heat to very low and let the rice simmer for another 15 to 20 minutes, stir occasionally.
If you have, cut and fry some onions in your sauce pan. If not, don't worry, it also tastes good without.
Add canned fish or small cut meat if you have. Which? just whatever you find in your fridge, just make sure it's still good to eat. If you have no fish or meat you can also boil an egg (hard) and add it to the sauce.
Add vegetables. Which? Doesn't matter, just the ones you find in your fridge; last time is used brussels sprouts, carrots, peas, chili and lettuce.
Add tomatoe sauced or better tomatoe paste, add 1 tablespoon full of peanut butter. Add pepper and salt. If you have the chilis in the pot, you don't need much more spices. If not try some curry and more pepper.
Stir and boil until done.
Enjoy hot - either way.
