Its dangerous being the head, when they execute, they cut off the head,
Its dangerous being the tail, when they come you will be the easy target, becoz the backward is considered the weak,
It's wiser being in between, when they come they forget about you, yet u are the backbone and continue to grow stronger

That's the foundation of great people, they grow silently
