Special Event Licenses

Recently, there have a ton of general questions regarding health permits sent our way, specifically sampling events. Many people believe that health permits are only required when food is prepared at an event. This notion is false because no matter the event, if food is involved, then a permit from the Department of Health must be obtained. Not having one can become one of the fastest ways to have an event shut down because the safety of the public becomes compromised. In addition, Health Department inspectors will appear at food related events to ensure all permits are intact. Since our special events license team has been in this business for a long time, we are aware of the health permit regulations, but we want to make others equally aware of the importance!
