I'm in love with a YouTube user named "matbergman" because he created this geektastic video of practically every claymation monster Ray Harryhausen ever made, displayed in chronological order, and set to a zany bongo soundtrack. You can watch Harryhausen's art evolve from the 1930s gorilla movie Mighty Joe Young, through 50s/60s flicks Jason and the Argonauts and the Sinbad trilogy, to the early 80s Clash of the Titans. Harryhausen was the master of special effects in the days before CGI creatures, crafting everything from fighting dinosaurs and skeleton armies to giant chickens, a pissed-off Cyclops, and a multi-armed, sword-wielding Shiva.
