PIZZA MARGHERITA.

Today is the 120° anniversary of the creation of PIZZA MARGHERITA.
We must thank Mr. RAFFAELE ESPOSITO, pizzaiolo in Naples, as a tribute to our QUEEN MARGHERITA, gave her name to the food, would become the most famous in the world: tomato, mozzarella fiordilatte, basil, oregano, grated Parmesan cheese.
