个人认为最主要的功能：
1.右键单击标题栏是窗口在最前面
2.先按下左键，然后按下右键可以实现babylon等软件的取词，
需要设置babylon的mouse activation为alt+right mouse button，其他软件比照办理。
3.关闭指定窗口，比如opera的Error console。

win2000下有用功能:
1.记住局域网共享PC的用户名和密码
2.透明桌面图标文字背景

添加了一些功能，这是一个完整的说明：

此程序以前主要在windows 2000 pro上开发，现在windows 2000/xp上维护。无需安装。

包含的主要功能如下：
1.鼠标右键单击标题栏固定/取消该窗口最顶层状态（原来的弹出菜单被屏蔽）。

2.左Ctrl+Alt+鼠标滚轮调节窗口的透明度。

3.捕捉屏幕指定区域，把其按指定格式存放在设置指定的路径，并把路径放在剪贴板里，方便引用。（支持格式png，bmp，jpeg，tiff，gif）。
或者把其保存在剪切板上。

4.鼠标双击窗口标题栏可使窗口卷至标题栏或还原（可在ini文件中关闭该功能）。

5.鼠标右键点击窗口最底下边框（HTBOTTOM），开启/关闭移动模式。移动模式开启后，可按住左、右边框、左下角或右下角等拖动窗口。

6.按住左Alt+鼠标双击标题栏可关闭当前窗口。

7.鼠标左键+鼠标右键点击模拟alt+右键点击（用于babylon取词，可在ini文件中关闭。其他软件，如lingoes只需把取词开关设置为alt+右键即可）。

8.指定F6为模拟窗口（Win）键，主要用于无Win键的Thinkpad和其他笔记本。

9.锁定Windows（和Win+L相同）。

10.自动关闭指定窗口（需要设置ini文件）。

11.使用提供的用户名和密码自动连接局域网上的主机（最大可连接10个主机，需在ini文件中设置）。

12.为鼠标中键设置功能。

13.为鼠标中键功能设置例外列表。

14.鼠标中键功能开启后，按下鼠标并滚动滚轮，可以产生连续滚动的效果。并有加速效果（同方向滚动）和刹车功能（滚动时按右键）。

15.获取窗口信息（打开选项后点击右键获取窗口信息，同时，原来的右键功能被屏蔽，使用左键在设置菜单中关闭该功能后恢复。）

以下设置仅对windows 2000有效:

16.透明桌面图标文字背景（仅对windows 2000）

17.设置桌面图标字体的颜色（需要设置ini文件）。

1.'right click' on the title bar will set/cancel the top most status of the window.

2.'left ctrl+alt+scroll' transparent and adjust the transparent rate of the window.

3.snap screen by drag a rectangle on the screen. the screenshot will be saved
in a file specified in seetings.ini and the path will be returned in clipboard.
(png, bmp, jpeg, tiff and gif are supported)
Or it will be saved into clipboard.

4.'double click' on title bar can roll up the window or restore it.
(this feature can be close entirely by set a flag in settings.ini file)

5.'right click' the bottom border of a window enable/disable move mode (just for that window).
in move mode, the window can be moved by drag on left, right border or left/right-bottom corner.

6.left 'alt+double click' on title bar can close the window.

7.translate 'left button pressing+right button click' to 'alt+right button click'.
(now, you needn't put one hand on keyboard and another on mouse. just one hand done the job.)

8.F6 can simulate win key. usefull for notebook without win key.

9.lock windows. this feature is on menu item.

10.close specified window. should be set in settings.ini file.

11.auto connect and login the pcs on lan with the specified user name and password.
ip address, user name and password must be set in settings.ini file. the numbers of
ip address are limited to 10.

12.set an alternative function for 'middle button click'. now it is maximize/restore window.

13.'middle button press+scroll' enable auto scroll feature.
when scrolling, 'pressing right button' can pause it.

14.scroll the document under cursor without activing the window.

15.disaplay informations about the window by right click.(right click on notification area is blocked, using left click the set the settings instead.)

Following settings only effect windows 2000

16.transparent the text background of the icons on desktop.

17.set the text color of the icons on desktop. set the color in settings.ini file.
