By the looks of the pics, "animal skin" shoes/accessories are generally an accent to solid dress outfits. For "animal skin" outfits, wear solid colour shoes/accessories yes?

If an architect, I might wear something like that (say, Bianca, zebra striped "zoot suit" with black/white shoes and black hat with white stripe above the brim). As an engineering type of person, not likely....but it's interesting to think about... wink
