It's more like busy socialising days. Getting together to see one another after months, weeks or years due to time constraint. And being exhausted and happy from it all. And it's not the holidays yet.
Shopping is crazy.
Shall venture out after new years for consummer in me. For now I shall make do.
Days have been hotter than bearably usual.
Keeping cool by sleeping through the day, drinking and eating plenty cool things and swimming.
I do not tan. I go browner than i'd like to be. So have been using the public pool that has a roof covering.
And it's simply, wonderfully summer.

In our city of Johannesburg there was a cycle race in the weekend.
94.7 km or something like that.
I have alot of respect for people who can keep at it for hours during the hot dry summer day that was interrupted by the famous summer storms.
And yet the cyclists kept on till the finish line.
An online pal kept us informed from his cell his progress throughout. and for this he won an award for cycling one handed.

I've been keeping busy with experimenting with photoshop. It's stressful when you need it to do a specific function and it doesn't or you're not sure how.
This leads to stressed neck and shoulder muscles.
The happiness of completed projects is worth the pain.

It's saturday. And all's weary to the bones.
After having a cup of coffee, i was told to clean and tidy the bird's cage. Which is valid. It needs cleaning. But it's MY bird when it needs cleaning, feeding, and looking after. And it's their bird when it's time to play with it.
Pfft!
