PT. FALATANSA EKA MANDIRI (PT.FEM) is a Private Limited Company (PLC) was established in November 2007. Our head office is located in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. The city of Bandung has known in the colonial time was "Parisj van Java" or Paris in Java, nowadays the city has coloring with the modern living and urban lifestyles of its population as a costume, well mixed in a very dynamic and perfect harmony. The core business of PT.FEM is primarily as the general contractor company to develop and build the common housing, real estate, apartment, hotel & condominium, office building, super mall including the infrastructure projects.
In a few years, our company yet has rapidly grown-up and as we proven to the world that the capabilities and the job accomplishment of PT.FEM are well-recognized by our clienteles with its quality above and beyond the expectations. Jobs well done. As for the consequences, the company derivedly has to expand the business and we've begun to search outlook and seeking overseas partners to develop our business diversification. Our effort has been blessed with good fortunate and we obtained positive responses from overseas company offering the deal venture with us. Two initial deeds agreements was followed up with the signatory of MoU in 2011 & 2012. The first signatory agreement was made with a private capital provider from the European Community and the secondary with the heavy equipment manufacturer from Shenzen, PRC. The last agreement has also concluded to appoint PT.FEM as the sole agent for the manufactured heavy equipment such as Excavator, Trucking, Conveyor, Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) Tower Cranes. In addition, we have recently signed the agreement with PT. Akbar Agung, General Contractor, who acquired the tender and nominated to design and develop the government project of International Airport Kertajati, Majalengka, West Java, Indonesia. The venture with PT. Akbar Agung is a joint Operation format.
Gradually as our business getting stronger and the hard work rewarded with appreciation from our colleagues and partners, especially our capital owner whom appraise us as “The Most Reliable and Trusted “ partner in the business and as the subsequently, the principal has decided to up-raising the budget quotas for us to run the businesses. In response to the challenge , we took intiavetely to re-organize our company and expand the management structure with brand new division named Trustee & Finance Divison (TFD). The new division has designed to manage and utilize the availability of fresh fund which have been provided by our principal, the capital owner. To attached with changed, moving forward and we reformed our company as a Holding, and empowered the Trustee Division with full authorization to expanding the financial businesses. The division also designed to seek the potential partners who will join in a beneficial venture of investment, giving the professional consults, as well as forecasting budget platform to funding on-going or the future project proposal, both private or the government project. The Finance Division has the primary task of bridging the gaps in between parties, both entrepreneurs businessmen and the capital lender , based on the research that the most challenging aspect to obtain the capital to covering the cost of a project from the very beginning are to find a the fresh fund with a logical senses, we do realize, that most of the conventional capital lenders are applying several conditions and takes the long road before it comes to a final approval to launch the credit, both banking procedures and the interests applied are seeming too complicated. Outrageous. This has encouraged us to find a solution with the simplicity and convenient way to solving financial problems to our partner whom seeking the capital to cover up the costs of your projects. We do utmost to eliminate to long procedure. We gladly invite all parties who interested with the offers and joining with our team of excellent, shares the experience and gain the benefit.

This could also mean the philosophy and the basic "Rule" to follow the rhythm of the mainstream to run our business, so we hope, that there will be no such "Rivality" existing in our working atmosphere, Indeed the profitability is a primary target to achieve as the barometer of achievable, however, we considering wisely, that the efforts would not result in a better outcome without willing to share with others even thought the hard working and the specific target as the ultimate goal has been carefully sets. In addition, we must bravely willing to open and not hesitant to ask for helping . Those are the reasons why we keep maintaining our past partners in a good relations and remain connected up to date. We might need their resources in the future. Even though we could stand proudly as a big corporation but we realize that we’ve never been able to stand still alone forever.
As part of the Vision & Mission, our company has also considered sharing the benefits. We provide an adequate funds to support the humanitarian programs such as education, cultural, social activities, traditional arts, soft loans for the farmers & fishermen, general housing as well as to create more job vacancies for the people in the region. Those programs are fully subsidiary of our company in terms of low profit. Especially for the social activities or non profit foundation we allocated the budget in the forms of grant funding. The remarkable achievements of our company thus far has done by our staff & employees, men and women whom dedicated him/herself with great effort and their patronage work with us and this was making our company second to no one....
