The intentions are still there. I have a 17-page application form from the local council. I'm fueled by Munkyfest (RIP) and that I recently found out that on 5 August 1963, The Beatles played Abbotsfield Park and had to arrive in a dustcart to avoid the myriads of screaming girls. I'm sure Urmston has seen nothing like it since. And probably won't... but I can dream.

festivity, first post, start

Coxy hopes that one day he can put a festival on in a park, and invite loads of people from the local area, and for it to be really fun. This is the start of that dream; whether it works or not, only time will tell.
