We are well positioned to achieve, and in some cases exceed, our Mission Leadership metrics, which are aligned with our priorities to improve the client experience, develop innovative and reliable products, increase our net sales globally, improve our margins, and create a highly engaged workforce. We continue to leverage and deepen our client connections, as evidenced by our strong financial performance to date. XXXXXXX XXX Investor Relations, which we launched in North America this year, has been very well received by the marketplace, and we are on track to launch the solution in Europe before the end of the year. We have also built positive momentum in the Treasury space which presents a substantial growth opportunity for us. In the online communications services area, we continue to see strong year-over-year growth in our one time revenue stream. And to improve margins, we have established a hub in Manila for our Advisory Services to lower costs. Internally, we have re-structured some of our services and analyst teams to enhance the employment experience while continuing to exceed client expectations.
Clearly this man will go far in my company. My favourite phrase was "we have established a hub in Manila for our Advisory Services to lower costs" which, so far as I can tell, translates as "made a shed-load of loyal employees in America redundant and replaced them with cheap Filipino labour".
