Blogger Blog and Browser Incompatibility

Started a blog, my first one, at google's blogger at www.reportingstatistics.blogspot.com. The primary reason to start the blog is to have a search engine that searches only through websites with statistics and data, and to post random data on websites that offer statistical data.
Tried one of google's suggested templates, and it worked well in Firefox, but the format was completely off in Internet Explorer and Opera (and I couldn't even log in to the blog in the Opera browser). Downloaded another template, hoping that would work. Nope. Made it worse. Spent days tweaking it - think I made things worse instead of better. Now I have to re-input all of my widgets.
Is there a browser or CSS that makes blogger compatible with Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer? I love Opera - but find it very sad I can't edit my blog in Opera and it isn't formatted correctly in Opera. I hate going on Internet Explorer. Ugh. So I'm stuck using pokey 'ol Firefox.
Nobody at Yahoo Answers helped (or even answered my question), even though I posted two questions on the topic.
If anyone ever reads this, and you have a template or solution to make my blog www.reportingstatistics.com be compatible in all three browsers I will love you forever! The Mac people might just have to wait a while...
