I was in La Paz in 2003 - its setting is spectacular! I also believe it holds the title of being the highest capital city in the world. Definately worth a visit.

La Paz is the administrative capital of Bolivia; Sucre the constitutional capital. I believe we were both right ;-) One thing we will certainly agree on is that Bolivia is a beautiful country..
