Dexter
So in the end Anton is freed by Debra after he got already skinned a little by the Skinner. But he survives it seems.
Then, Miguel cannot hold back, he really kills this innocent lawyer who notoriously stood in for scumbags. There's more, Dexter finds out that Miguel was using him the whole time. This makes it pretty clear that Dex has to kill Miguel in the last ep of this season.
Dex seeks revenge: "Today I feel something r e a l."

Dexter
So in this ep, Miguel takes part in the killing process for the first time.
Rita is unbearable while being pregnant and planning the wedding. In the end, Dexter calms and charms her by giving her a nice wedding band.
Debra seems to be getting closer to finding out who the Skinner is. As for her new lover, Anton, he disappeared under mysterious circumstances.

Desperate Housewives
So this episode is all about the fire that breaks out in the club where Dave, Mike, Tom, and Carlos (their band) take part in a contest. After that opener the story is told from the beginning to this ending.
Another storyline is the journalist making a home story on Bree and her new cookbook, finding out a lot more things about Bree than she wanted.
Lynette tells her son's MILF lover what she knows (the pregnancy and stuff) but this is overheard by her brutal husband who then knocks her down.
Julie (Susan's daughter) brings home a 40 yo. boyfriend (Steven Weber) who then wants to propose to her but fails.
Gaby and Carlos are still bribed by old Mrs. Hildebrand (Frances Conroy from "Six Feet Under") who made them heir of her entire fortune.
In the end, during the fire, Dave rescues Mike but insinuates that he's not finished with him yet.

So Sarah loses her keys and declares herself homeless. An old friend introduced her to the homeless world (crack pipe stuff, etc.).
Brian gets a tattoo prising the dark lord, then him and Steve join Laura and Jay who go apple picking.

So Sarah pees in her bed while sleeping. So she wants to stay awake for like ever. Jay leaves his turtle behind to be watched by Sarah while he and Laura go on vacation.
Meanwhile, Brian's gigantic beard is stuck in an escalator (yikes).

So the Simpsons pick up two hitchhickers, a happy young couple. Marge & Homer use the occasion to remember the times when they where newly in love. That's pretty much it.

Dexter
So Miguel wants to see an attorney killed; she always fights for her clients also if they are not innocent. Dexter denies help in that case which enrages Miguel at first, but later he thanks Dexter for holding him back here. Relieved, Dexter asks Miguel to be his best man.
Also in this episode, Dex helps an old friend (Rebecca) die voluntarily by feeding her poisoned pie.
Sylvia (Miguel's wife) suspects her husband to cheat on her but that's not the case, of course.
Debra makes Anton understand that he is used as bait to track down the 'Skinner.' Anton realizes that Debra might feel more for him and the both end up kissing. They for sure make a great couple.
