I mean, just look at that. No doubt it's their inferior engineering skills, due to the abysmal school system - and not to mention the inherent American laziness - that is the cause for this. Perhaps, in time, they will be as great as us, but in the mean- time, let me offer my insincerest condolences for the human losses, as well as with such animation that can be mustered from seeing despairing people I resent crawl around in the mud and dying.

However, this is not a time for bringing up our differences. No, this is a time of unity. So let me, as an ambassador for the actual civilized world, extend my hand and offer my assistance to your inferior disaster of a society, so that one time, in the distant future - with our direct and detailed control - you might eventually become human. Or at least worthy of actual pity. So that I can charm those around me with my flaccid declarations of sympathy with those less fortunate than us.

Indeed, I think this would be a good opportunity for the American people to consider, for no apparent reason, that your civilization will succumb to nothing, unless you accept your inferior and inherent stupidity, and become forever dependent on our "free trade", and "democratic" reform, that we will dictate - for your benefit, naturally.

So let us all rejoice after this day, since those of us here where perfection exists may now offer our generalized and inspecific praise for the reconstruction projects our sponsored affiliates might now conduct on your behalf, for your own good, over the top of your heads.

I'm sorry, did I say "over the top of your heads"? I meant - it will be made legal through your democratic process, as pledging money for such and such reconstruction project has been made dependent on terms which your representatives would be fools - principled fools to be certain, but still - to oppose. And as such - democracy wins!

All hail indecency and blunt arrogance! It's the american way!
