Hopefully someone will post Ahmadinejad's speech at Colombia on YouTube - if the security questions are settled, and the event takes place, of course. It'll definitively be a real laugh, if he will be taking questions.

I have mentioned this before - but the fact of the matter is that the Iranians, specially the higher political sphere, is so attuned to western political "dialogue" that they could step in as minister in for instance Britain or the US on a day's notice, and then go on to actually do a good job. Substantively, he's occasionally there, though - so I'm sure we'll have a fair explanation of what he sees is the task of the mythical and all- powerful leader- figures, when shaping the future. As well as a blazing round of on the spot narrative- smithing on the middle east situation.
