mon. july 1st: board of appeals rejects Lewis Libby's appeal in it's entirety, completely in line with judge Walton's sentencing and the law. Not only because the appeal was embarrassingly bad.

July 2nd, tuesday: Bush commutes Libby's prison sentence, with the justification that the sentence was 'too harsh'.

july 3rd: perjury is fine if you do it to please your powerful boss.

july 4th: I mean, really. This is just too easy..
