The United States Supreme Court of the Land (yes, the very one) seems to have - in a completily unexpected move - decided that keeping prisoners without law and process, as well as (indeed) rights other than the opportunity to incarcerated indefinitely - was not allowed, even under american law.

Needless to say, I cannot believe that the majority of the SC could so viciously...
