So - principled positions and responsible spending on set limits, put down in surveyable bills, where the committees suddenly are not hostage to parliamentary neck- twisting tactics anymore. So, shockingly, they actually do know how it's done, after all. (Meanwhile, the president gets his $190 billion emergency check for the war, poured into the unauditable DOD budget..)
