Toto je nejdelší svařovaná čepel, jakou jsem zatím udělal. Má 30 cm a je svařena z oceli a svářkového železa. Rukojeť jsem vyrobil z obyčejných materiálů - mosazi, jeleního parohu a opalovaného dubu. V parohu je vyřezán pes ze skotské spony a dřevo je vyřezáno do spirál, typických pro piktské umění. Záslepka je zase z jeleního parohu a celá rukojeť je ukončena zavázaným kroužkem z mosazi.
This is the longest forgewelded blade i did till today. Its 12" long and is welded from carbon steel and wrought iron. Handle is made out of primitive materials - brass, red deer antler and burned oak. The antler part is carved with the image of dog, taken from scottish brooch and ornament in the wooden part is typical pictish spiralwork. Buttcap is of antler and bears tied ring of brass.
