You never let me down.. i have made one batch.. most of which were eaten before they had time to cool.

I think i made the batter too thick, so next batch will be thinner. but it is a nice simple recipe.

WARNING to anyone making pakora... if you are making it for friends make double as if like me you will end up eating more than go on the plate.
