Living and Loving

A more cheerful post today I have had a reasonably good end to my week. I found some temp work to tide me over until the middle of next week and they are a really nice company. I went to their Chrismas do on Friday night and drank a little too much rum if I'm honest lol... It wouldn't have been so bad if I didn't have to get up early to play hockey on a cold but sunny Saturday morning. Surprisingly I had a good game and it was nice as Jon cam down to see me for the first time

In the afternoon I had to go to the Wharf to get stuff for my hockey christmas party outfit. Our team decided to go as Presents round a Christmas tree (who was our coach). I met up with some friends in the Wharf which was lovely. One of which brought his little boy, whom I ended up playing with for the majority of the time. I was a little too braindead to converse with adults. LOL. I am just one big kid anyway, so it was nice to be stupid and careless for once. One of the nicest afternoons I have out for ages, even though it wasn't for long.

The evening was a little stressful as I am the Social Secretary for my Hockey Club and so I had to arrange the event and then mark in all of the attendees as they turned up. It was soooooooooooo hard as I don't know too many people as I am only new this year. Although, I had a little help from our treasurer and my captain and it all went to plan. Everyone had a wonderful time and there were some fantastic outfits!!! One of the ladies teams all came as Snow White. Another of the ladies teams came as Dalmations. The boys came as super heros and cowboys. It was really rather funny...

Today I had a course that started at 9.30 am.... NOT good. I don't think I have done too well actually. I'm a little disappointed to be honest. I'll get the results at the end of the week. I can alwats retake it in March though, when I am not quite so braindead from my Christmas party! LOL.

Now it's time to decorate the Christmas tree and do some preparation for my second interview... *sigh*
