My OperaNew Year - New Habits...

I am wondering what this year has planned for me... Will I find my true self? This is what I am hoping for to be honest. I have a lot of things on my mind right now about what I want to accomplish. Here is a few of my ideas:
These are only a few of the things I am thinking of doing. You thoughts and comments would be greatly appreciated. I'd love to know what kind of novels people like reading as it would give me a better idea of what direction I should take whilst writing the story. Maybe I should turn my love blog into a love novel... what do you think?
I want 2006 to be productive. I want to DO things this year and not feel like I am letting my life waste away. I am also thinking about going to church. Some people might snigger at this, but I get so much peace from churches, it's a wonderful place to reflect and get inspiration to live life to the full. One thing I believe in which I have not mentioned in any of my writing before is God.
I think with what has happened in the past year, a lot of people have lost faith in God. There have been times where I have questioned God. But if you think about it, when something bad happens, what is the first thing most poeple do?..... We Pray! And why do we pray if we don't believe? I find it such a funny little fact! It is so true too... So that is something I would like to do.
I want to find an old church, which performs services in old english. I like thoise services a lot more than the modern ones. I like churches where there is more talking than singing, although, I like a good hymn. But I like to think about what the vicar has said and how it can relate to my everyday life. I am no bible basher, and in fact am ashamed to say, don't even have one anymore. It's something that I am extremely interested in, especially the 'hidden chapters' which are not publicly availabe for us to read.
Anyway - I feel like I am getting a little deep in this post in comparison to my normal light hearted love troubles!!!

- I'd like to start writing a novel and complete it by the end of the year.
- I would also like to start writing poetry again.
- I would like to travel and work in another country (Ideally Italy) for 3-6 months.
- I want to finish learning Portugese.
