This weekend has been really good...
Friday, Pete came over to mine - We didn't do much! He's still having back/ hip and leg troubles so I let him relax whilst I cooed steak, baby potatoes and fried onions! It was delish!!! We then watched one of my favourite chick flicks - 'How to lose a guy in 10 days'... I LOVE that film it's so funny! We then had an early night.
The next morning, I had to get up as I had an appointment at the optitions. All I needed was som blasted contact lenses, but the guy had told me the day before that I would need a fitting! What he didn't tell me, was that I also had to pay £10 for that! I kicked up a fuss and got more than my own way
ha ha! I got the £10 charge waived and then got an eye test for £10, I got my free fitting and 2 weeks worth of contact lenses! How chuffed was I?!?!?! The lenses were free!
Don't mess with me when I am angry! ha ha!
Afterwards, I went back to mine where Pete was STILL in bed! Note this was about 3.45 in the afternoon!!! lol! Lazy bastard! The England match was coming on and when he realised that I couldn't get BBC1 on my little TV, he got ready and hobbled downstairs! I cooked us lunch (Burgers and lil triangle potatoes). We watched the game and then made our way over to his!
I was WELL up for going out, ONCE AGAIN!, so were his flatmates Ollie and Toni (Toni is a girl). We got ready and went to 93 feet East in Brick lane! It was a laugh - I have some great photo's. Leave me a message here for the yahoo link to the photo's! They really are a must see!
So we all got really drunk - Pete had a funny turn at the end of the night and kept storming off... I really don't know why. He apologised to us all the next day and said that he gets like that when he drinks Vodka before he goes out! Yeah Right!
On Sunday, we were all feeling a little rough! I had to get back to Surrey to take my Dad out for his Birthday Dinner. After a couple of cups of tea and a bacon roll, I went on my way! We went out for a curry in the evening, which was delightful! We all had fun and it left me with a nice smile on my face!!!
Today I have just been working - I am knackered after my weekend! So I am going to go and do some work now!
