...
I have been looking around the press reports and seen these:
An article from the NetherlandsAfter the Norwegian official sent off Arsenal goalkeeper Jens Lehmann in just 18 minutes and disallowed Ludovic Giuly's goal, Hauge has now revelaed that in other circumstance's he may have made a different decision. He said, "I would have liked to have taken a few more seconds before I made a decision," adding, "If I'd done that, I could have given a goal and given a yellow card as well."
The Telegraph - Newspaper"It was a big game for Arsenal and to lose is a huge disappointment, so I can understand their frustration. But we'll have to give it a few days so we can discuss this more sensibly."
The above quote is from the Norweigan referee...
He ruined our season. I cannot describe how upset and cheated I felt, and I feel more so after reading these articles... there are many on the net, but no amount of admission from THAT man will ease my anger.
Had there have been 11 men on the pitch - there may have been a very different outcome - EVEN with the Barcelona goal being allowed.

I must firstly apologise for my previous post. I was pretty drunk when writing it!!!
Now my real views on the game!
Ok - I have to say that considering Arsenal played with 10 men for the majority of the game, they showed great character and did us (the supporters) proud. To hold on to a 1-0 with 14 minutes to go was very admirable. I thought the game begun in a lively fashion and promised to be a great final. Then disaster struck when Jens Lehman was sent off! Maybe a bit harsh? But the goal should have stood! Barcelona were unlucky at that.
I felt that many decisions went agains Arsenal though and that the referee did ruin it a bit for us. I think near the end, the team just couldn't fight any longer and when Barca scored to level the match, they gave up the ghost.
Star performances from Hleb and Ljungberg kept Arsenal going. Henry and Ronaldinho didn't have great games though... which was disappointing as I love them both and was hoping for a spectacular display! I thought that Wenger taking Pires off when Lehman was sent off was disappointing. I thought that he would have shone being in his country national stadium. I think if he were playing, Henry may have performed a bit better as they are a great partnership.
Pires is supposed to be announcing his move to Villa Real later on this week, I am gutted to be losing such a talented player - He will be sorely missed!!!
Congratulations to Barcelona - They were the better team on the day!

I know you are not used to abusive posts from me... however, I said I would not be disappointed if Arsenal lost to Barcelona - But I lied. I am sorry, but this post inculdes bad language.
Barcelona fucking cheated their way the the cup. We, although we had our gk sent off, were by fartch. Wthe best fucking team on the pitch. With 10 men, we were far superior. The referee was a wanker, Twat I can go on, but I won't. As I am supposed to be a respecyed memeber of the community.
What I will say is, Henry can fuck off to Barca and I hope Van Persie shine!
Over and out!
