I was looking for an easy to use and powerful transcoder. And i've finally found it.
It's called FormatFactory.

It can mass convert pretty much any kind of media into anything else.
You can convert WAV files into MP3, convert video files like MOV, WMV or AVI (XviD/DivX) into lets say AVI (H.264). Or convert your Fraps captured videos into high definition H.264 encodings or even classic MPEG-4 or XviD. It can even convert FLV and SWF files (Flash video) into any other more "common" format or to rip audio from video files. Yes, even FLV ones. And no, it doesn't stop just there.
It can convert images in many formats too! What's great is that it works both ways. So you can convert anything to anything and vice versa. Most of converters are usually limited to only spcific file types and in one direction only. This one is not.
It's also very straight forward and easy to use. And best of all, completely free.
