Just switch the "changes to the company"-sentences with "changes to the product"-sentences, and these are some really helpfull tips for me.
Ask yourself: Is something truly cataclysmic going to happen if I don't share my latest brilliant idea this very minute? If not, consider the timing and audience for your most disruptive suggestions—or even hand off one of your best interventions to a workmate and let him or her have the glory. After all, it's the company's interests you're promoting, not your own—right?
