An eventful, even tumultous year 1991, starting January with the Gulf War and Saddam Hussein's "mother of all battles". Claire came for a visit. Mt. Pinatubo erupted, delaying her trip to Manila. Later in the year, there was Typhoon "Uring" which brought floods that devastated Ormoc where 7,000-8000 perished. But there was also our visit to Iloilo which took us to Boracay (Mommy, Gogo, Sidney, Christian and Bing)What a wonderful trip! In September was Happy's wedding. Hence, a new addition to the family picture -- Boy. And Leia was born April. Sidney had now his bowling trophy, and Christian after his trip to Singapore and Indonesia, was transferred to Cebu.
