Energy bars: Most of these bars are simply sweets which have more calories of up to 500 and come with a high price too. If you want to have these bars, choose a bar that has 200 calories or less, at least 5gms of fiber and some protein when the sugar blast fades.

Sugar-free foods: Most times when you choose an artificially sweetened food or drink, you take French fries, or a large dessert to go with it. Adding chips to this meal makes it 300 calories more. A simple rule is that when your calorie intake exceeds your burn off then you still gain weight. Don’t blame the sugar-free foods.
