Malcolm Gladwell is a writer for the New Yorker magazine and I try to read his blog once in a while. He is a smart guy with thought provoking and inspiring observations.

Today at the lunch break we had a fun discussion about his books, Tipping Point and Blink (these are great books by the way, so you should check them out). The discussion reminded me of this clip from TedTalks where he explains what every business can learn from spaghetti sauce. I really think you should watch it and get inspired. And don't forget:
