I just came across Strandbeest; a site where the artist Theo Jansen shows his strange wind driven machines. Yes, they're actually driven by the wind. This 4.7 meters tall machine, weighing 2 tons, pretty much walks by itself. I thought it was quite cool, and I like the design.
