tjolöholm castle

Yesterday I visited Tjolöholm castle. It was a beautiful day with crisp, cold air. I just loved it. My mission to visit all Swedish castles continues. :smile:

Not entirely sure, but I would say about 200, including the 10 royal castles. :smile:

Tjolöholm is a pretty place indeed :D The castle looks rather Scottish though, does it not?

Yes. The owners have Scottish background and they wanted the castle to be made in Elizabethan/Tudor style. :smile:
