MLK Celebration?

Did I miss something or was this day celebrated in DC as the antithesis of MLK's dream speech?
Ever been to a hockey game and watch a player slap the puck from a far distance and everyone sits on pins and needles to see if it will become a goal?Most often, the opposing team will quickly intercept that puck and send it back to the other end of the court without achieving any success -- much less a score.
If one considers the events since MLK's speech, we can readily make an identical comparison. Mr. King made the shot and it appeared it would become a score for Blacks, but instead we have the opposing team players... Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, President Obama, Eric Holder, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, the Democrat Party, and the likes swooping down the court to block Mr. King's shot and return life as it was before Mr. King's speech.
You see, Mr. King's prayer was that Blacks would no longer be judged by the color of their skin but the opposing team want's nothing but people to judge others by their skin color. They are now known as "race pimps, thugs, shakedown artists, race baiters, and other similar name." That's because if you take the color of skin away from them, they have nothing else to talk about or do. They would simply starve to death.
The other problem with the DC celebration is they have the audacity to use the very same Political Party that Dr. King fought to keep Blacks as second class citizens to promote themselves. Yes, throughout American history, it has been the Democrat Political Party that reaches out to force Blacks into their second class citizen status.
Any wonder why I am confused?
Folks, if any person keeps their vision focused upon their rear view mirror, then getting to any destination is near impossible. Isn't that where the Democrats and so-called Black leaders are asking/demanding Blacks to do?
Only within "their" rear-view lived lives do you find unreal issues expressed. If they turn their head to face where they want to go, confront their future, then and only then will Blacks have the opportunity to receive God's blessings and give thanks for America -- even with all of Her issues it's still better than anywhere else on this planet!
For God to have bless us and allow us to live in a Country that welcomes us as an equal is the dream that Dr. King prayed for. Now that his dream became reality despite the Democrats, we have two choices: 1) We can allow the Democrats and the so-called Black leaders to put us back on their Plantations, or 2) We can give thanks to God and become a witness for Him in telling the world about how great America truly is and force the race pimps back into their closets and secret flat earth societies.
